How does Relive work?

Relive makes awesome video recaps of your bike rides. Just connect your favorite tracker app to Relive. After this we’ll take care of things. You’ll receive an email with a link to your video, after every ride you save to your tracker app (Strava or Garmin).

At busy moments (weekends) it can take up to a few hours before your ride is processed. Also make sure to check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your video within 24 hours, please let us know and we'll look into it.

You can change your email address in your account settings.

Which tracker apps can I connect to Relive?

Relive works with your Strava and Garmin Connect account.

What happens when I connect both my Strava and my Garmin account to Relive?

You will never receive two Relive videos of one single ride. If you have a tracked ride that appears in Strava and Garmin Connect, our system will process give priority to Strava. If your ride is saved to Garmin but did not appear in Strava, we’ll process your the ride from Garmin.

Can I get a Relive of my older rides?

At the moment, we'll send you videos of rides after you've connected with Relive.

Can I get a Relive of my other activities, such as running and hiking?

At the moment, we only support cycling activities. However, we're working hard to make Relive happen for other sports!

Why did I not receive my Relive?

We send you the Relive link to the email address you've set in your account settings.

Please double check your spam folder. If the ride is there make sure to mark it as "not spam", so future rides will go straight to your inbox again.

How can I get photos in my Relive?

Photos only work with Strava rides; not with Garmin Connect. You’ll have to add your photos to your Strava ride before you save it. Make sure your photos are geotagged (turn on "location" on your phone's camera). If you have, photos should show up on the map of your ride on Strava.com

Still not working? Maybe you've added the pictures after uploading you activity. If so, we probably already made your ride into a movie, before you added the pictures. To prevent this, try to add the pictures to the activity, before uploading it to Strava. It might be that your device uploads to Strava automatically; we're currently working to better support this scenario.

Also be aware of the fact that, at this moment, we exclude pictures taken within 5 kilometers from start or finish. We will remove this exclusion soon.

Why is my Relive missing some photos I added?

At this moment, we exclude pictures taken within 5 kilometers from start or finish. Next to that, if you’ve added pictures that are really close to each other, only one of those pictures will be shown. We understand that pictures are an important part of the Relive experience, that’s why we are currently improving this feature.

Can I download my Relive video?

Currently it’s not possible to download your video. We’ll hope to bring this feature soon.

Does Relive store my Strava, Garmin, Facebook or Google password?

Your password of third parties is never sent to Relive. Our system only receives the information of your ride, in order to make it into an awesome video.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can always visit our unsubscribe page to stop receiving Relive videos.
