You can change your email address right here, in your account settings.
Your Relive video should appear in the app after uploading the activity to your connected tracker. As soon as the video is processed, the Relive link is also sent to the email address you’ve set in your account settings.
Make sure you've signed up for Relive and connected your tracker before uploading your activity.
Reliving older activities is a Club feature. Club members can use the app or site to import activities and turn them into Relive videos.
As a Club member, make sure you have the latest version of the app, and you'll find a + button on the top-right of the memories screen to Relive previous activities.
Currently, Relive works with your Strava, Endomondo, Garmin Connect or Polar Flow account.
You will never receive two Relive videos of one single activity. You'll get a single activity on Relive, imported from one of the trackers you connected.
We create videos for all types of activities. Currently, Relive works best for runs, hikes and rides. We'll look into optimizing other sports soon!
Your activity should be longer that 1 km. Activities that are longer than 10 hours are reserved for our Club members. Check out all the Club benefits here.
Tracked with Strava? Make sure your activity is:
- Initially uploaded as public (not private)
- Not tagged as a 'commute'
Please double check your spam folder. If the activity is there make sure to mark it as "not spam", so future activities will go straight to your inbox again.

Your average speed is the distance traveled divided by the time you were moving. Sounds simple right? The catch is that there are a lot of different ways to calculate the moving time. Therefore the average speed we show is not always the same as the one showed on your tracker.
It sometimes happens that the video doesn’t show your position and seems to be looking the wrong way. Probably, your activity / tracker has been recorded with an incorrect altitude. If possible, try recalibrating the altitude meter of your tracking device to fix this for new videos.
You can change the email address to which we send your Relive emails right here, in your account settings.
You can add photos to your activity via our App! You can do so within 30 minutes after you finished your activity.
Didn’t find the time to add the photos or you don’t use the Relive app? If you haven’t edited your activity with the Relive app, then we’ll automatically pick up the photos that you stored on your tracking platform. This works with Strava and Endomondo. You’ll have to add your photos to your Strava or Endomondo activity within 30 minutes. Make sure your photos are geotagged (turn on "location" on your phone's camera).
You can edit the title of your activity via our App! You can do so within 30 minutes after you finished your activity.
Didn’t find the time to edit the title or you don’t use the Relive app? If you haven’t edited your activity with the Relive app, then we’ll automatically pick up the title that you gave the activity on your tracking platform. At the moment this only works with Strava. You’ll have to change the title of your Strava activity within 30 minutes.
Club members can make edits or re-create their Relive videos whenever and as often as they like! Check out all the Club benefits here.
Currently it’s not possible to download your video. We’ll hope to bring this feature soon.
Yes you can! Go to the account section within the app and press ‘edit profile’, here you can select your best photo :).
You can manage your notification preferences with our app. You can find and edit the settings at the notifications tab of the account page.
No worries! Your password is never sent to Relive. Our system only receives the information of your activity, in order to make it into an awesome video.
